General Liability / Spectator Liability
Often referred to as CGL, Commercial General Liability or Spectator Liability this policy provides broad protection for situations in which a business (i.e. your special event) must defend itself against lawsuits or pay damages for personal injury or property damage to third parties.  This policy also gives protection to the venue and or sponsors of the event by adding them to the policy as an additional insured. Examples such as a slip and fall or damaged floors are covered by such a policy. Host liquor liability is included if there is no transfer of money for alcohol. Exclusions do apply.

Damage to Premises
This option is included with the policy but you can request higher limits.

Care, Custody or Control Coverage
Most liability policies have provisions that exclude coverage for physical damage or loss to property while it is in the care, custody or control of the insured. One method is available to buy back some or all of the care, custody or control coverage as an endorsement to the liability policy.

Contractual Liability
A legal obligation voluntarily assumed under the terms of a contract, as distinguished from liability imposed by the law (legal liability).

Non Owned & Hired Auto Coverage
This coverage is used to protect against claims arising out of the use of vehicles leased, hired, rented or borrowed by you, or your employees, while in the course of business.

Waiver of Subrogation
A condition of an insurance policy which states that the coverage will not be prejudiced if the insured has waived in writing prior to a loss any rights of recovery from a party responsible for the loss.

Medical Payments
Protection to pay the cost of medical care to an injured party regardless of whether the policyholder is liable. Written in conjunction with general and personal liability policies.
